Frank is a reliable and excellent builder. He maintains my offices in the West End where I have 3 floors, he is responsible for all its building work and annual upkeep. This has included installing kitchens, laying floors & building supporting walls. Due to my office hours, he works around our working day and is fast, efficient and cost-effective. Each year he is contracted to do the repainting and maintenance /upkeep of each floor. Personally, he maintains my rental flat and will be re-painting my main house. I could not recommend him higher.
